Tobin J. Eason
Tobin is married with three wonderful children. He has practiced law for over thirty-eight years and founded a publishing company that provides legal reference materials primarily for Louisiana attorneys. He has served as president of several local community boards involving zoning and flood issues and the arts, and he is an active volunteer for his church.
Serving as a volunteer at a local prison, Tobin has experienced firsthand the outcome of the erosion of the family unit in our society. Many of the prisoners he has spent time with made some difficult choices while living in extremely adverse economic and family conditions. Many of these prisoners tell the same story: no one else cared for me so why should I.
Tobin knows that every child is special. He believes children should grow up realizing that someone loves and cares about them. He established PYC with this single purpose.

Rebecca N. Wilson
Rebecca Wilson comes from a background of struggle and doubts. She lost her mom at a very young age. Her childhood was filled with witnessing domestic violence, and she is a victim of child abuse. She struggled as a teen with drugs and became a mom at a very young age. As a result, she dropped out of school and married at seventeen.
As a mom of one biological and one bonus daughter, she has a passion to reach out and help others that may find themselves in similar situations. She strives to remind children that they are not alone and that their traumas and experiences do not determine their future. She wants every child to know they are loved, adored, and above all, worthy. She knows all too well how damaging a childhood of anger and a lack of self-worth can be. She believes there is no limit to a child's future with love and support behind them.
